Holding the frequency as worlds touch.

My advice at this point is don’t get sucked into the drama that’s out there, it is actively trying to hold you in a lower frequency. What you focus on you invite into your life, you give it power to act in your world. By giving it no energy or attention you not only shrink its ability to affect you, but you deflect it from your reality. You see, the negative destructive behaviour of mankind, is not God in action, its humans in action. The dark side does not get energy or light from God, so it needs to cause upsets between family members, groups, countries etc so it can feed on that negative energy.

That’s why wars are created, it’s a source of energy for the darkness. This is not about living with your head in the sand, if there is something you can do on the physical plane to correct a situation, sure, but if you can do it in a detached unemotional manner, you will be holding power back from it, cutting off its life supply ie your energy.

Now sure, you are thinking how can I be in this world and not get upset by what I see. This can be done and it will be covered in later posts…

After I have dealt with anything that needs addressing, I then focus on what I want my world to be like and feel like it has already happened, with lots of gratitude. Focus on your world and not the worlds that others are creating. If you get a negative thought or situation the best way to flick it out of your energy, is by saying, “that is not correct, I have only perfection in my world” this is very powerful, especially when you catch it early, before it gains momentum. The other thing I say is “There is only God in action there” You just put God in charge. You can work with the higher realms to create a better world, and man what a great team you have behind you.

I often hear people say they don’t want to ask for help from above as there are so many people that need help more than them… they don’t want to take this help when others need it more. My answer is God is limitless and wants people working with him/her to create a better world, that’s the plan. The more we work as co-creators on this the better the results. We have free will, and this means God (let’s just say God and then you put whatever word you want there if you need to change it) cannot step in and help unless someone from the physical plane turns their sites upward and asks. It’s just the deal with free will. Now God wants heaven on earth that’s the “mission statement”, as above so below. So, if your thoughts, words and actions are towards raising the frequency, beauty and happiness in the world, your working for the “man”, that’s what God wants. This means you are in the spotlight, eyes are upon you and this comes with the backing of the universe= protection, blessings, energy, power, where withal etc.

What some people don’t realize is that “God” (input your name for this) can see right into our hearts, so when we are focusing on being the best we can be and not letting the “naughty side” get its way, we are showing that we can be trusted, we have mastered ourselves to a degree. Do you think that you will be given more and more where withal, power and blessings, to help with this? The more it can be seen that you can be trusted, the more help you will be given.

Now the opposite side to this is a person who is looking after number one at the expense of others, being selfish, critical, negative, basically lowering the frequency of others and their worlds. Do you think the higher realms are going to flow protection, blessings, power and abundance to enable them to do more of the same? That would be really stupid don’t you think?

This is where you can get the idea that by focusing all your attention on being the best you can be really does turn your life around and helps you create the world you want to be in. Don’t just take my word for it, try it…
