New world… Best place to start?… it’s with the small stuff
In around 2002 there was a book around called something like “Don’t sweat the small stuff” I didn’t read it, but the message I got from someone who had, was that, it was basically about letting all the small things/issues go and focus on the bigger picture. This is the opposite of what I have found to be the case when creating a new world…let me explain. The big stuff can be overwhelming, and when you have too many small issues that you have not dealt with, it can really cave you in. The easiest way is to tweak your life is just by improving one small aspect at a time, and as more and more order comes in, it gives you a strong peaceful foundation to build on.
Changing the world starts with you… it’s your world remember. Do a light scan and look for something in your world that could be improved. It could be for example; stop using artificial room fresheners and get plant based, aromatherapy…. natural ones. This will increase your energy levels as this is one less toxin/chemical your body needs to deal with, which means your energy can be used somewhere else. It could be to always drink room temperature drinks/water, as if you drink cold water your body must use energy to warm it up before it can digest it. Start drinking more pure water, not tap water and avoid carbonated drinks. These small adjustments can improve your health, wellbeing and energy levels dramatically, which is building a healthy foundation.
As you improve one thing then look for the next thing to improve. If you think about the concept, that the world we are in today is the result of the sum of every past thought, word or action, then what you do today to improve your thoughts words and actions creating your better tomorrow. Yehhh and it’s in your hands.
You might notice that the above suggestions just happened to be relating to improving your energy levels. Think about it, have you noticed that happy people kind of bubble over energy? Did you ever see a depressed person bubbling with energy? I believe that by creating higher energy levels, maintaining these levels and governing your energy in a way that keeps it positive, is the key to health, wealth and happiness.
If you have energy it is easy to:
1) get into projects as they feel like something fun to create, rather than something you should do, but just don’t have the energy to get into it.
2) maintain good health, as your lymphatic system has the energy to clear out the toxins in your body, keeping you healthy.
3) be naturally more positive, which send positive energy to your cells helping them to function better.
4) attract nicer people in your world. Like attracts like.
5) keep your home tidy and in order, as you don’t renege on putting things away. When you look at a home that’s tidy it makes you feel good.
6) build yourself esteem, as the more order and beauty you create gives you a sense of pride and you like yourself more, look what you have done.
All of this has a spin off effect, as you raise the frequency of your world you start attracting people, things and situations that meet with the improving frequency of your world. It does get easier and as you see more and more results, the more motivated you become. Momentum is a good thing when its constructive.
