How has this all unfolded? Well as I mentioned, I had already changed my recruiting advertisement, which resulted in attracting my Colorado girl into the business. This ad now came from the heart re : it’s not about the money, but instead, about how our work was making a difference in the lives of others. She loved this add, and didn’t look at any others. I created the mindset I wanted in my business, and this attracted people that resonated with these frequencies. I also realised I needed to make sure I got people with some experience which meant less energy was spent training them, keeping my energy levels higher.

I had to change how I trained new recruits, it’s not pleasant having to check work, find imperfections and then point them out to be corrected. Instead I just decided they were going to be great, lightly brushing over mistakes and telling them not to worry, it will come to them. I held the reality I wanted to experience as the priority, giving next to no energy to the mistakes. Looking for the good in them and validating them in a more positive constructive way rather than feeling dismayed at their mistakes.

Now how did we start getting these worlds we didn’t want? Well I have a theory… we all want great lives, but who are really prepared to put in the hard yards to create it, and if you are prepared to, how do we do it?
Well one thing for sure, do not take the easy road and find someone else who has a good enough life and latch onto that one. That’s just a quick fix, and a guaranteed road to heart break. You jump into someone else’s life and you are an attachment and once embroiled, you start finding things about their world that do not resonate with you and the problems begin.

What’s the alternative? Create your own. How? You create a desire in your heart to be the best version of yourself possible, and live a self-correcting life that helps you learn, grow and improve. Decide that your thoughts, words and actions will be uplifting and constructive. Live consciously. Sounds like a big ask? Don’t worry, I have a solution that takes this on such a gentle gradient, that anyone can do. We are not stressing perfection, just working towards the best version of you that you can access, while being merciful and loving to yourself.

Whenever you are faced with a challenge of any kind, ask whoever you feel is the “higher consciousness”, be that God, Beloved Master Jesus, Shiva, your higher self, angels, saints or the universe, to give you the power, wisdom and love you need to (heal, understand, overcome) this. When I do this, I would always get my answer within 3 days, I don’t know why, but I am not complaining.

This is the safest most loved filled way to find your way in the world and you know it’s a response to your request, as you know what your question was. Word of caution if you ever receive guidance that is not constructive to all concerned, then I would seriously be discerning about the source. The highest spiritual teachings come from a place of “do no harm” It’s not about looking after number one, but finding outcomes that are constructive across the board.

If you want an amazing life you need to be what it is you want to attract into your world. Hold the frequency and it will be matched.

Recently I had a person who out of the blue, offered to help me on something and then completely reneged on the deal. I stated clearly what they had promised (with no make wrong, just a matter of fact) and then said not to worry, God will bring someone else to help me on this. I just maintained my frequency and focused on the outcome of someone else helping me and as it happened within 24 hours, so cool.

You can create the world you want, and each step takes you closer to this, giving you, the inspiration needed continue….
