The secret behind success.
In 2002 I decided to fully explore Karma, how we create it, and how to undo it. I had observed some people who, whatever they touched, turned to gold and others just destroying everything they encountered and the rest, somewhere in-between. I wanted to know why. How was this amazing good luck being created and what was behind the struggle and lack?
This led to a huge realization that was the turning point of my life, it saved my life. The more I focused on being the best I could be in thought, word and action, the better my life became. I began to get hopeful, as I was seeing results. Now I was not going to settle for an ok life, I wanted a magical, wonderful one, and for the first time in my life, I felt it could be possible.
Let me explain what this turning point was, and the realization that I came to, that inspire me.
You may have heard of the “string theory “in relation to the Universe, well I had my own version of a string theory and this is what I realized…. Imagine if you had a string laid out on the ground and on the far-left end of the string, you had the least naughty thing you could ever do, say, borrow a biro and not bothering to return it. I don’t mean intentionally stealing, just not getting around to returning it.
Now going to the far right the worst thing anyone could do, say killing an innocent child. Now between these two extremes there are different degrees of unethical actions. What would be unacceptable to one person, would be totally fine with another.
Now what I realized was that it is easy for most people to not even consider doing something destructive or at least they could restrain themselves. I mean most people would not even consider robbing a bank for example, but maybe something of a lesser evil may be acceptable.
What I realized was that most people are somewhere along this line of what’s acceptable, whether it was closer to the right or further to the left. The thing most people do not realize is that none of it is acceptable, as everything we do does come back to us.
It is the little things that are our undoing. The small things you do or omit doing that are not constructive, are our demise. They slip by you, you think no-one will notice, who cares, or its ok to take it, they had too many anyway. The minute you are explaining that fact that you think something was OK, you are telling yourself that it was not.
The great thing here is that tweaking small aspect of your life that need improving, makes it easy to confront,
one small step at a time. With each step you are reclaiming your power and integrity.
It is important to read these blogs in the order they were written. They are designed to take you on a strategic journey of self-empowerment.
